Concept: CERAMAGE meets digital

Monolithic CAD/CAM restorations can be efficiently fabricated. But natural aesthetics cannot be created purely digitally – Modern microhybrid composites give CAD/CAM monolayer restorations, provisionals and combination dentures a natural, vibrant appearance by veneering and characterisation. Well-matched products for bonding, layering, final polymerisation, and finishing ensure a seamless workflow.

Bonding

SHOFU Universal Primer

Whether analogue or digital restorations: the bond created between framework and composite is a key factor for their longevity. SHOFU Universal Primer reliably bonds resins to all dental alloys, zirconia and alumina. In combination with SHOFU Universal Opaque (PRE OPAQUE), the primer ensures a durable bond and even eliminates the need for mechanical retention on metal frameworks.

(or) Bonding

CERARESIN BOND (CRB)

The CERARESIN BOND (CRB) system can be used to create reliable and long-lasting bonds between a wide variety of materials. CRB is designed to excellently and durably bond light-cured and self-cured resins to all ceramic veneering materials.

Opaque application

SHOFU Universal Opaque

The light-cured paste opaques of the SHOFU Universal Opaque system (with PRE-OPAQUE and OPAQUE) offer excellent masking properties and bond strengths to all commonly used dental alloys, due to optimised microfillers. Due to their thixotropic properties, the pastes are applied very easily and quickly.

Composite veneering

CERAMAGE UP

CERAMAGE UP is a ready-to-use, low-viscosity microhybrid composite and can be applied directly from the dispenser. The flowable, but also controllable materials can be freely sculpted, contoured and combined with each other – even if used together with a classic layering technique. The two materials complement each other within the system, offering different application options in everyday dental laboratory work with digital techniques.

Final polymerisation

Solidilite LED

The advanced LED light-curing unit, Solidilite LED, has white, blue and UV LEDs, covering a wavelength range of 380 to 650 nm, making it well-equipped even for curing future generations of composite materials. The thermal energy produced by the white LEDs enhances and accelerates the curing process.

Individualisation

LITE ART

The final characterisations are created using the LITE ART paste stains. These fluorescent stains can be applied almost as thin as porcelain and cure fully after short curing time. Simply by covering the polymerised stains with an incisal or translucent composite layer, very fine accents can be achieved precisely and with spatial depth.

Contouring

Dura-Green

The silicon carbide stones Dura-Green with a ceramic binder are exceptionally well-suited for contouring and finishing porcelain, indirect composites and metals.

Finishing

SoftCut-E

The SoftCut-E PB silicone polishers with integrated abrasive particles are used for polishing after fine finishing. By varying the pressure, the polishing effect can be adjusted: the lower the pressure, the higher the gloss.

Polishing

Dura-Polish

Dura-Polish is impregnated with fine alumina particles (more than 73 % by weight) and efficiently achieves a very homogeneous surface when prepolishing composite, alloys, denture acrylics and PMMA, especially in difficult to reach areas.

High-lustre polishing

Dura-Polish DIA

Dura-Polish DIA is filled to an extremely high level (67 % by weight) with industrial diamond particles. Due to the ultrafine particle size of < 1 μm this paste polishes composites and porcelain to an excellent and durable gloss in a minimum of time.
