Precision diamonds for cavity and crown stump preparation and minimally invasive therapy

Precisely dosed amounts of natural diamond particles are evenly distributed over a one-piece shank made of hardened stainless steel. The ideal relation of the protruding and embedded parts of the diamond particles ensures a long-lasting low vibration performance.

Diamonds for minimally invasive treatment

The Robot Points FG Diamonds MI permit delicate work, as well as the best possible protection of enamel and dentine plus the well-directed removal of material. Six different shapes are available for preparing everything from wedge-shaped defects to occlusal cavities.

The differently shaped, delicate abrasives have a very homogeneous grit (100 μm, standard). The very short head length (0.7 – 2.0 mm) and a slender shank neck ensure an unimpeded view on the prepared surface. For precise preparation, these instruments are used at a maximum speed of 300,000 rpm.

Standard / S – Standard grained diamonds without shank marking
Super coarse / X – Super-coarse diamonds with black-banded shank
Coarse / C – Coarse diamonds with green-banded shank
Fine / F – Fine diamonds with red-banded shank
Superfine / V – Superfine diamonds with yellow-banded shank

The colour coding of the order number indicates the individual maximum speed:
Cyan: max. 450,000 rpm
Blue: max. 300,000 rpm
Orange: max. 160,000 rpm
Violet: max. 120,000 rpm
