Quality you can trust

Perfect strength and naturality
The layers consist of different zirconia varieties with different strengths and translucencies. The 98 mm discs cover a wide range of indications in the anterior and posterior regions: from single crowns to 14-unit bridges with two connected pontics.
Thanks to increased light reflection in the cervical area and well-matched dentine and enamel layers, the high-performance zirconia features a lifelike appearance, especially in cases requiring more effective masking.
Perfect masking for flawless aesthetics
The great masking properties of its cervical layer make this multilayer disk particularly suitable for restorations that need to mask discolorations or metal colours.
More vivid, brilliant and natural
The well-balanced relation between lifelike translucency and high strength is based on differences in particle sizes between the individual layers:
The larger the particles are, the more they transmit light and the less they refract or reflect it. The finer they are, the more they reflect and scatter light. The result is lifelike, intense light reflection in the high-strength cervical area, decreasing towards the incisal area.
SHOFU DISK ZR Lucent Supra Cervical+
Strength, translucency and shade are functionally arranged in the disk, based on the unique triple gradation technology. From a height of 25 mm, the cervical layers are thicker. This is why 25mm and 30mm disks are excellent for the creation of high restorations, such as circular, implant-supported rehabilitations – all-on-4 or all-on-6 – with gingival areas.
The SHOFU DISK ZR Lucent Supra Cervical+ offers you real added value – facilitating the nesting of long-span restorations in the disk and substantially improving stability where it is needed.
Perfect in every detail: Staining or layering for aesthetic optimisation
You can aesthetically optimise and seal a monolithic restoration made of SHOFU DISK ZR Lucent Supra with VINTAGE Art Universal stains and glazes as needed (staining technique).

“CERAMAGE meets digital”
Our microhybrid veneering concept offers dental technicians countless options to aesthetically enhance all types of restorations using composite veneering – no matter what material is used or whether it is fabricated using analogue or digital methods.
Special attention should be paid to zirconia. This material is considered challenging, not least when subjected to thermal processes. Light-cured microhybrid composites such as CERAMAGE and CERAMAGE UP offer an alternative approach: restorations can be veneered without firing, but still with reliable bonding.

SHOFU DISK ZR Lucent Supra Color Indicator
To ensure that your color samples are precisely tailored to your particular sintering environment, they should also be produced using your equipment. The small effort is worth it, since individualised color samples consistently lead to true-color results.
